Creating
Videos and practical resources for creators who want to turn content into a real, sustainable business.
PRACTICAL • CURIOUS • ALWAYS BUILDING
I'm Dan.
Pretty average.
Intentionally useful.
Creator, entrepreneur, husband, dad, and lifelong problem-solver. I share what I'm learning while building businesses, creating content, and finding better ways to get things done.

THE GUY BEHIND THE NAME
Average doesn't mean ordinary.
I don't pretend to have all the answers. I like figuring things out, putting ideas to work, and sharing what actually helps.
The Average Dan is where those worlds come together: content creation, business, technology, everyday life and the occasional experiment that seemed like a good idea at the time.
THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
#MakeYourselfUseful
Learn something. Build something. Fix something. Help someone. Then do it again.
Being useful doesn't require being the smartest person in the room. It requires curiosity, initiative and a willingness to turn what you know into something that makes life a little better.
WHAT I'M WORKING ON
Ideas become more interesting when you build them.
Building
Digital products, applications and AI-assisted workflows designed to solve actual problems.
Learning
Testing new tools, processes and ideas—and sharing the useful parts along the way.
FOLLOW ALONG
Useful beats impressive.
